Refund Policy

Pro plan payments

If Pro is not right for you, email hello@ownhackertube.cc within 7 days of payment with the name you paid under, and we will refund it. After 7 days, payments are not refundable, but you can stop renewing at any time.

Early access

Pro is activated by hand during early access, usually within 24 hours. If we cannot activate it, we refund the payment in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment platform. Timing depends on your bank or provider.
